Excellence in Dining Experience

The restaurant's signature feature will be the aged-on-premises, certified black Angus steaks that will be on display.

People will be able to see every steak that we have available to serve.


The aging process, which involves keeping the meat at a specific temperature and humidity for at least a month, provides a taste and texture to the Angus that is second to none.  "The difference is night and day.

While the steaks will be a signature offering, the menu also will include free-range chicken and duck, fresh seafood and locally grown vegetables.

The menu, will change every two weeks, depending on the fresh ingredients available.

Some of the specialties include a porterhouse steak for two, cabernet-braised, grass-fed Angus beef short ribs and pan-seared wild striped bass.
